Welcome to Old Town, also commonly known as the “Romantic Zone” (Zona Romantica). This neighborhood is famous for its authentic Mexican architecture, stunning sea views and bustling LGBTQ+ nightlife. This neighborhood is perfectly situated near Puerto Vallarta’s most popular beaches, Playa Olas Atlas and Playa Los Muertos, making it the perfect spot to lounge by the beach during the day and explore Puerto Vallarta’s bar and restaurant scene by night. We hope you enjoy your stay in Old Town. We have included a local guide for all of your daily essentials in this booklet. The Zona Romantica is a highly walkable area, where you can access the beach and the restaurant and nightlife safely at night. Puerto Vallarta is well connected by Uber and Taxi’s (negotiate!).

Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- 1.-The property and the specific unit in the reservation shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in the reservation. We have a liability insurance that covers all of our registered guests, any guest not registered will not be covered by our insurance and Property Manager cannot be considered liable.
- 2.-All guests shall respect the rights and space of neighbors and shall not engage in any illegal activities and shall maintain quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am. In case this is not respected a fine will be charged to the reservation.
- 3.-No parties or gatherings of any kind are permitted. In case this is not respected a fine will be charged to the reservation.
- 4.-Pets are not allowed unless specifically noted in your reservation. Special Pet Cleaning fee will be charged on top of the reservation and normal cleaning fee in case you bring a pet.
- 5.-No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. In case this is not respected a fine will be charged to the reservation.
- 6.-You are liable for any damage to the property and you agree to accept charges to your card on file should damage occur during your occupancy.
- 7. - Check-in is at 3 PM or later and Check-out is at 11 AM or earlier unless specifically noted in your reservation. In case these times are not respected there will be a fine charged to the reservation.
