Property Manager is proud to present Päijat Häme Villa 1031. 70 km north-west of Lahti, L.Vesijako 25 m (length 10 km, width 1.5 km), shallow, hard moraine bottom, own boat.
Wooden cottage 2009, living roomkitchen 2 extra beds (convertible sofabed), 3 bedrooms each with 2 beds, attic 2 mattresses (summer use only), dressing room, washroom (shower),washing machine, sauna (electric stove).
Pet fee 30 € pet holiday. If you have a pet with you, please book additional service ’Pet fee’. Upper part of plot is level, gentle slope from cottage to shore. Yard has sand, grass and forest. Summer house (with wood-burning grill) and sandbox in the garden.
The cottage has a mechanical ventilation and wood-burning baking oven in addition to a fire place.
Water in the water pipes comes from the own deep well and it has good quality.
Padasjoki 21 km. Several interesting natural sights locally; Isojärvi National Park and Päijänne National Park, Evo recreation area, Sappee ski resort approx. 45 km, Himos Ski Resort approx. 65 km, horse riding opportunities approx. 22 km, Vääksy golf course approx. 46 km. Lahti’s skiing centre 70 km.
Owner rents out 4 bicycles, outboard motor (0.5 and 2.5 hp) and 3 kayaks. Mobile -internet connection for extra price, order and payment to the owner (price in 2017: 10 eweekend, 20 eweek).
Neighboring cottage 3205 Lokki is located about 50 m so these cottages will be ideal for example two families. In summer time no direct line of sight between these two cottages because of trees.
