Property Manager is proud to present Pohjanmaa Villa 1004. 155 km north-east of Seinäjoki, Lestijärvi 30 m (length 14.6 km, width 7.5 km), rather deep, hard sand bottom, own boat.
Log-built, two-story holiday house 2013. Downstairs spacious, high ceiling livingroomkitchen, two bedrooms with double beds in each, entrance hall, separate WC, sauna with electric stove, washroom, dressing room, two terraces.
Upstairs two bedrooms with two beds in each, lobby with convertible sofa bed.
Child safety gates on top and on ground floor. Karaoke equipment (please, bring your own discs or ask the owner to borrow them to you).
If you have a pet with you, please add pet fee into your reservation (a fee covers several pets). Villa is situated on a hilloc, surrounded by organic pine and birch trees. Lake is rich in fish like pike, perch and vendace. The nearby Lestijoki river has opportunity to try to catch rainbow trout with lures. Excellent berry and mushroom picking grounds nearby.
Access to hiking trail called Peuranpolku.
Owner rents out snowshoes and bicycles, also advices how and where to get e.g fishing licences.
