There is a balcony stretching across the living room and master bedroom, complete with 2 sets of 2-chairs and a table to enjoy the view whistle unwind with a cup of coffee or your favorite cocktail. The open plan living area is provided with a large TV, a sofa-bed (with a double-size mattress), a 6-seat dining table and a full-sized fully equipped modern kitchen with 4-barstools. The entrance corridor lends access to a half bathroom. There is also a washer and dryer available for your comfort. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, a TV, built-in closets, and access to the balcony with stunning views. Master bedroom offers a full modern en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, a TV, and built-in closets. The second bedroom also offers a full modern en-suite bathroom. This unit provides you with 1,280 square feet of living space, a code-lock safety box, free unlimited WiFi, cable TV and three flat screen TV’s (in the living room and each bedroom). This unit is located on the left corridor off the elevators on the sixth floor. Sleeps 6 guests in 2 beds plus 1 double-size sofa-bed. THE RESORT This Beach Resort Aruba has a swimming pool and a sperate large hot tub, a children’s pool, and several sunny or shaded lounge areas to enjoy the tranquility of the resort with its luscious tropical landscaping. The beach access gate is only about 100 yards from Eagle Beach. There is also a children’s playground, an alfresco dining area with 2 BBQ grills plus an ice machine for guests’ use, and a communal rooftop lounging area to enjoy Aruba’s sunsets. On-site there is a fitness room, a day Spa - Blue Waters Day Spa - and a mini-market/coffeeshop. Ample free parking within the 24/7 secured gated complex. For all our Prestige guests, upon check-in, you will receive your beach towels, which can be exchanged once a day and free of charge at our exclusive desk in the lobby. Each of the rental properties managed by Property Manager is also provided with its own portable beach chairs (stored away on the ground floor of the premises) and coolers that can be taken to the beach.
