The beautiful and well-appointed Emerald View One-bedroom condo is the most efficient of our smaller units.
It has a master bedroom with a king-size bed and a built-in closet, a bathroom with a shower, a queen-size sofa-bed in the living room, a full-sized fully equipped kitchen with 4-bar seats, and an in-room washer/dryer facility. The living room provides access to the balcony with a panoramic ocean view; worthy of being named after the precious stone, Emerald!
This deluxe condo is physically just 100 yards from the world-renowned white-sandy Eagle Beach of Aruba. This unit provides you with 800 sq. ft. of living space. Two Cable TVs (in the living room and bedroom), a DVD player, free Wi-Fi, and a stereo set are all available for your comfort. This unit is located in the Palm (=ocean facing) building on the third floor. Sleeps max 4 persons.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
