Log villa 2012, kitchen-living room, two bedrooms each with 2 beds, loft with sofa bed for 2, utility and shower room with two showers, spacious terrace, woodshed and lakeside sauna on the shore.
The lakeside sauna has wood-burning stove, shower room, dressing room, terrace and patio. Sauna has underfloor heating, washing room with 2 showers.
From sauna stairs to the beach and to the pier. High quality, well equipped villa on a hillside plot with pinewood (0.5 ha). Villa has mechanical ventilation with heat recovery, air source heat pump, underfloor heating. Cot = travel bed.
Plot has pine forest, the yard of villa and lakeside sauna is covered with bark, there are outdoor lights, rocky beach and deep from the pier. Not recommended for people who cannot swim.
