Property Manager is proud to present Varsinais Suomi Satakunta Villa 1025. 90 km north-west of Helsinki, lake Painionjärvi 40 m (length 18 km, width 2-3 km), shallow, hard moraine bottom, jetty and rowing boat.
Wooden modern villa 2007, kitchen, living room with sofa-bed, bedroom with double bed (TV), bedroom with 2 single beds (TV), dressing room, washing room (shower, toilet), sauna (electric stove), separate toilet, large terrace areas.
In the villa there is Canal Digital and Viasat satellite channels. Starting from 10.7.2016 there will be satellite channels also in sauna building’s living room.
A separate sauna building with TV, convertible sofa bed for 2 persons (warm even in winter), sauna (wood stove), washroom.
There is a hot tub (heated by wood) (May-October) on the sauna’s terrace, which can be rented separately directly from the owner. The hot tub’s rent must be paid no later than on the arrival day to the owner’s account. A weekend stay’s hot tub’s rent must be paid no later than three days prior to the start of the holiday. Contact to the cottage owner (e-mail, txt or phone) getting the account number.

The villa is a modern house in its own peaceful plot by lake Painionjärvi in the midst of fertile arable landscapes. Yard area is level and light. The lake is known to be rich in fish. The beach is suitable for small children.
Somerniemi Summer Market 5 km, Ämyri dance floor and illuminated winter ski trails (when enough snow) 4 km, Hiidenlinna Castle 8 km, Liesjärvi National Park 10 km, Somero 20 km, Karkkila 25 km, Salo 50 km.
Note! There is a camera which monitors only the parking place. In addition on the utility room wall there is a camera that monitors NIBE heat pump.
The cameras are on when customers arrive. Note! Customers can turn off the cameras. There are instructions on-site how to turn off the cameras. There is easy turn off switch.
