Property Manager is proud to present Southern Savonia Villa 1049. 27 km to the east from Pieksämäki, pond Vääränlampi 15 m (length 1 km, width 0,07 km), hard, evenly deepening sanded bottom, pier, rowing boat.
Wooden villa 2007, living roomkitchen (53 m²) with dining table for 14 people, three bedrooms (12-14 m²) each with two beds and wardrobes, utility room, dressing room, washroom (2 showers), sauna (electric), separate WC with shower and WC, hall, covered terrace.

Pedestrian bridge to the forest (length is approx. 100 m) leaves from the yard. The route passes along the river bank and ends in the elf’s hut.
There are also car shelter, barbecue hut and a big pier in the yard.
The entire ground floor and the yard area are built to be accessible. People with reduced mobility are able to move here by using wheelchairs.
