The Wayside Cottage is a charming Cape Cod-style vacation home on five acres. Relaxing is easier than ever with an expansive backyard, a large covered porch, a wraparound deck, a hot tub, and a fire pit. On one level, you’ll find the living room, kitchen, dining room, two bedrooms (both with queen-size beds), and one full bathroom. In addition, two twin beds, plenty of play space (toys and games included! ), and a gate at the top of the stairs make the loft an excellent place for kids. It takes just 10 minutes to get to the Wayside Cottage from Nashville. It’s easy to get here, there, and everywhere. Less than five minutes away are Bill Monroe Music Park and Brown County Dragway; the entertainment options are endless. Want to enjoy a day on the lake? Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
