Initially built in the late 1800s, these suites boast spacious rooms with high ceilings and modern amenities, all within walking distance of the area’s best boutiques and restaurants. Each suite features a separate exterior entrance and off-street parking in the rear of the building, providing extra privacy and convenience during your stay. For larger groups, both suites can be joined to accommodate additional guests. Guests can take advantage of the complimentary shuttle service to the annual Indiana Wine Fair every April or enjoy various community activities such as the Fall Fair, Spring Blossom Parade, and horse-drawn carriage rides throughout the year. If you’re looking for a relaxing retreat, Suite 2 is a perfect choice. Accessed through a separate staircase, this suite boasts a spacious bedroom with a king-size bed and vintage furniture. The full-size kitchen includes modern appliances, while the cozy living room has cable television and high ceilings. Climbing stairs is required to enter this property. Rural Environment Notice Our cabins are located in the beautiful woods and countryside of Brown County, Indiana. While we provide routine professional pest control and keep our homes clean and well-maintained, guests may occasionally see seasonal pests such as mice, flies, lady beetles (Asian beetles), or stink bugs — especially in the fall and spring. These harmless insects are part of life in a rural setting. We do everything possible to minimize their presence and appreciate your understanding as part of the authentic Brown County experience! PET-FRIENDLY PROPERTY: There is a $75 fee per pet. Property Manager proudly donates a portion to the Brown County Humane Society when you bring your pet and pay your pet fee. ALL EVENTS, DAY GUESTS, AND PARTIES ARE PROHIBITED WITHOUT PRIOR WRITTEN APPROVAL FROM PROPERTY MANAGEMENT. Don’t forget that Suite 2 can also be rented with Suite 1 for larger groups or families.
