Property Manager is proud to present Lapland Villa 1050. Lapland Villa 1050 is a high-quality and well-equipped villa. The location is excellent in its own peace, about 8 km from the Luosto visitor center. You have direct access to the nature trail from the terrace by using a connecting route. In winter, you have access to the snowmobile trail network and freeride skiing sites.
This spacious and airy building allows accommodation also for a larger group. One of the six bedrooms has 120 cm wide bed, and in the upstairs lobby is a single bed in addition to the sofa bed. The other bedrooms have two single beds.
A large and warm porch is every traveler’s dream, plenty of drying space for many kinds of outdoor equipment. In addition to the washing machine and tumble dryer, there are two drying cabinets in the utility room. Payment & Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
