Property Manager is proud to present Southern Savonia Villa 1015. 74 km north of Savonlinna. Kermajärvi 50 m (length 30 km, width 3 km), deep, hard, sandmoraineclay bottom, pier and rowing boat.
Log cottage 2008, in downstairs kitchen (access to terrace), living room (fireplace), bedroom double bed, bedroom bunk, separate WC. Sauna (electric stove), washroom 2 showers, utility area, washing machine with drying function and access to terrace. Air source heat pump.
Loft (low ceiling) convertible sofadouble bed, 2 chairs and other TV, stairs to loft are steep.
Lakeshore sauna using only in summer (1.5.-30.9.). Lakeshore sauna has wood-fired stove, hot water tank on stove, cold water from lake by pump, dressing room, terrace and electric light. Steep slope to the lakeshore sauna and beach, steps on the way.
Wifi High standard and well-equipped holiday cottage in a high sunny place. Splendid views over lake! Yard area open and light. Neighbours on both sides are 50 m lower down, no direct line of sight. Not suitable for people who have walking difficulties. Outboard motor and gas grill renting from owner by separate cost (please order before hand).
Bright-and-clear lake Kermajärvi is good for fishing. Lot of fish for example pike perch, perch, pike, whitefish, vendace and roach. Good places for berry and mushroom picking.
