Property Manager is proud to present Southern Savonia Villa 1013. 47 km to the northeast from Heinola, lake Pienivesi 30 m (length 12 km, width 1 km), gently deepening hard sand bottom, rowing boat and pier.
Wooden villa 2013, kitchen, livingdining area, bedroom (13 m²) with two beds, dressing room, washroom, 2 WC, sauna (electric sauna stove), utility room, large partially covered terrace.
On the upper floor, lobby with one bed, bedroom (25 m²) with double bed and two separate beds, another bedroom (11 m²) with two beds, third bedroom (12 m²) with two beds and balcony. There is a cooling functionality upstairs.
Lakeside sauna, 120 cm wide bed, living roomkitchen, dressing room and sauna (wood-burning sauna stove) and covered porch. There is also an outdoor shower available during summer. There is a spa bath on the terrace of the beach sauna. The owner fills the lot ready and the customers get to heat the lot themselves.

Wi-Fi connection (10 Mbits), plenty of satellite channels and air source heat pump in the cabin. The availability of a hot tub and other rental equipment must be checked in advance, those are rented among several other cabins.
The cabin is not rented to groups of young people under the age of 30. Southern Savonia Villa 1013 is a large rental villa, located on a sunny and spacious plot. It can accommodate 2-3 families for a holiday at the same time.
