Property Manager is proud to present North Ostrobothnia Villa 1012. 192 km north of Kajaani, Lake Tyräjärvi 30 m (length 12 km, width 4 km), shallow shore, rather soft moraine bottom, shore partly stony, jetty, own boat and Yamaha 10 hp outboard motor. The clients has to purchase fuel themselves for the outboard motor.
Log and wooden board house, originally built during 1930s, last renovated 2004, living roomkitchen still has original log walls visible, walls in other rooms are covered. Large living room with convertible sofabed, kitchen, bedroom with double bed, sauna (wood-burning stove), washroom, room with fireplace (convertible sofabed), WC, glazed ’summer room’ with electric light.
Separate sleeping cabin (in summer use) with 1 bed and 3 mattresses, suitable for children. Lakeshore sauna building, with sauna itself (wood-burning stove) and dressing room.

Payment & Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
