Dione design apartments is a complex of recently renovated apartments in the heart of the island of Ortigia behind the Apollo temple and the colorful local market.
The main apartment located on the first floor of the historic building is spread over two levels, accessible through an elevator; or stone stairs. Some apartments have been designed to accommodate disabled guests by breaking down architectural barriers as much as possible. The main apartment has an entrance on a large leaving and equipped kitchen, a double bedroom, and a bathroom with shower. On the second level, there is the second double bedroom, the bathroom with shower and laundry room, a panoramic terrace equipped for the exclusive use of guests. Upon request, the beds in the bedrooms can become single.
All rooms are air conditioned and equipped with LED TV and wifi.

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
