In this house you can fulfill the dream to have breakfast every day by the shore and to dive into the sea just before sunset - right outside the front door.
The house has two terraces. One directly by the sea and one behind the house - sheltered from the wind, if necessary.

The living room offers a sofa and TV and also a dining table. The fully equipped kitchen is spacious and has a hatch to the living room. The 2 bedrooms and the bathroom with shower are in the back of the house.Sa Fortalesa is a renovated, comfortable holiday home in a fantastic location! Here you can listen to the sound of the sea in peace, but in a few minutes in Alcudia or Pollensa for shopping and sightseeing. The perfect prerequisites for a marvellous holiday with the extra of an excellent location.

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
