The three very spacious terraces and the portico located near the kitchen and the swimming pool will give you the opportunity to make the most of the over 2000 square meters of garden surrounding the house. There is also the possibility to rent the comfortable annex of about 80 square meters adjacent to the pool consisting of 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- Please communicate the time you arrive in order to facilitate check-in.
- Late arrivals (after 20.00) are subject to a cash payment to the check-in agent of:
- - €20 from 8pm to midnight;
- - 30€ from 24h to 02h;
- - 40€ after 02h;
- For consumption, the weekly use of 50 Kw/h of electricity and 20mc3 of gas is guaranteed. The extra consumption will be €1 per Kw and €2 per cubic meter of gas.
