This stone, beautiful and brand new Villa is located in a small Dalmatian village Kneževići, near Vinjerac. Spacious The villa consists of three bedrooms with bathrooms. One bedroom is located on the ground floor and the other two on the first floor. Each room has a large double bed and a bathroom within the room.Two rooms on the first floor of the Villa share access to a beautiful terrace, which overlooks the garden with outdoor heated pool.On the ground floor, besides the bedroom, there is a modern living room with comfortable furniture, a fully equipped kitchen with new quality appliances and a large master bathroom that is adapted for people with disabilities.The ground floor of the Villa has access to a terrace with garden furniture, a summer kitchen with barbecue and a large outdoor heated pool with sun loungers and a shower.Use of the entire Villa is for guests only, and parking is free and secure.
