Property Manager is proud to present Uusimaa Villa 1021. 15 km south of Porvoo, Gulf of Finland 30 m, quite shallow sanded clay bottom, but from the end of the jetty the water is already deep. No boat included in the price, but motor boat can be rented.
Wooden villa 2000, living room-kitchen, bedroom with double bed, shower room WC, sauna (electric stove), hall, glazed terrace (the glass wall facing sea can be completely opened). There is a fireplace on the terrace.
Washer and dryer in the bedroom behind the closet. Under floor heating in the bedroom and shower room toilet. Air source heat pump. Solar energy is also used to heat the villa.
Note! There is also a wood-fired stove (so called Aito-kiuas, heating requires exprerience) in the sauna. Aitokiuas is only available on the day of arrival. The owner heats it ready if customer makes a prebooking at least one week before the start of the holiday. Customers can’t heat the stove themselves. How ever there is a electric stove which can be used when ever wanted.

There is a hydro massage bath outdoors for rent at the price of 300 euros for the weekend, 450 euros for the whole week. Note! Water will not be changed during the stay.
There is a motorboat for rent from the 1st of May till the end of September (registered for 5 persons, 15 horsepower engine). Rent is 220.00 euros per day including a 10 liter fuel tank and life jackets for 5 people. The reservation must be made no later than two weeks in advance and at the same time must be informed the day when the boat is rented. Cozy villa on the island of Kråkö by the sea. There is a bridge connection to the island.
Haikko Manor is on the opposite shore. For more information about restaurant and spa services www.haikko.fi During the summer you can see, eg., when M S J.L Runeberg cruises from Helsinki to Haikko and back. The Haikko Manor is about 800 m away. The manor has a free public dock.
From the villa’s living room and from the terrace there is a sea view.
The nearest neighbor house is the owner’s house on the same site. The owner does not live in the house when there are clients in Uusimaa Villa 1021. The owner may, however, occasionally visit his house, eg. cutting a lawn. The owner will tell the customer on the day of arrival eg. when the grass may be cut. The yard has outdoor lights (twilight switch). Behind the villa’s backyard there is country road, which is not a major inconvenience.
The villa is available for a pre-order different fee for a high-quality catering service. Possibility to also have chef and waiter on the spot. The reservation has to be made at least two weeks earlier.
On the Kråkö island there has been a tradition to built wooden boats. In past there has been over 20 boat builders at best times. There is a boat carving museum on the island. The museum is possible to visit only by separate agreement payment.
Summer Market every Friday about 4 km away (at 15 - 18.00).

Villa’s owner speaks Swedish, Finnish, English, German and some Spanish.
Security deposit payment 200 € in cash upon arrival.
The check in time in this villa is at earliest 5 pm (17.00). Weekend bookings end at noon (12.00).
