North Ostrobothnia Villa 1156 is a luxurious rustic log cabin located in Saarua-aho area in Ruka. Beautifully decorated and well-equipped villa is located next to the ski slopes and ski trails. Nature conservation area of Valtavaara with snowshoeing and hiking trails starts behind the cabin. Beautiful views to the ski slopes, lakes and forest. Total area of the villa is 149 m² which is divided into two floors. There are beds for 10 people. A children’s area upstairs with an alcove where beds for two small kids (less than 150 cm), play area and a TV as well as a Playstation 3 and games. Rented only to families, adult couples company use. Additional equipment: Two drying cabinets. The villa is equipped with the alarm and control system, fireplace and firewood, air conditioning and mechanical ventilation, steam iron, as well as cleaning equipment. Wireless Speaker available. Downstairs TV with Disney + channel, upstairs TV with Play Station 3 game console + games. There is also a lockable storage room outside the villa. Sleds and sliders are included in the rental fee.
