Bedroom 1 (ground floor): double bed, bedroom 2 (ground floor): 2 beds. Bedrooms 3-5 (upper floor): 2 beds. 2 mattresses (upper floor). 2 toilets, one upstairs. Kitchen, dining room, electric sauna. North Ostrobothnia Villa 1156 is a luxurious rustic log cabin located in Saarua-aho area in Ruka. Beautifully decorated and well-equipped villa is located next to the ski slopes and ski trails. Nature conservation area of Valtavaara with snowshoeing and hiking trails starts behind the cabin. Beautiful views to the ski slopes, lakes and forest.
Total area of the villa is 149 m² which is divided into two floors. There are beds for 10 people. A children’s area upstairs with an alcove where beds for two small kids (less than 150 cm), play area...

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
