Enjoy stunning sunrises over Copano Bay and starlit Texas night skies at this incredible waterfront property in Bayside. Situated on three secluded acres, this place has it all. Unobstructed views of Copano Bay, a private lighted pier with a fish cleaning station and a drop down dock, a private pool and hot tub. There are two propane grills, a smoker, a charcoal grill, and several picnic tables. There is plenty of room to park so bring the boat, kayaks, or jet skis.
Each of the two homes has their own screened in porch with water views, a washer and dryer, fully equipped kitchens, dining areas, and room for relaxing and hanging out with family and friends.

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
