Located within the picturesque Grande Pointe neighborhood, this brand-new, luxurious home is just a stone’s throw from the wooded trails of Camp Helen State Park, while also being less than a mile from the closest public beach access point (Phillips Inlet), and just a short walk or bike ride to the large community pool or dock onto Powell Lake should you want to spend the day paddle boarding.
Our home is in close proximity to boutique, upscale shopping/dining at 30Avenue, but also just a short drive to familiar grocery stores and other entertainment at Pier Park. The home is only a 20-minute drive from Panama City Airport.

Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- The primary guest must be 25 or older to rent this home.
- Unless you have specifically arranged for an early arrival time, please do not arrive at the property before your scheduled check-in time.
- Do not hang towels on porch/balcony railings. The HOA imposed fines on guests found to be doing so.
- We strictly do not accept pets at this home.
- This home is strictly non-smoking
- Only persons over the age of 21 that have signed the golf cart liability waiver are permitted to operate the home's golf cart
