This amazing unit comes with a new 6-seater GOLF CART, equipped with Bluetooth, so you and the family can ride around in ultimate style. As you pull up to the entrance of your vacation home, you will find 2 parking spots plus room for the golf cart. A freshly built covered outdoor patio space with a large flat-screen TV and a drink fridge greet you on your left as you walk towards the front door of the property. A keyless lock makes checking in a breeze - and relax as soon as you step inside to what we like to call Linkside 475 - our "Barefoot Bungalow". Wide, open windows and sliding doors create an airy vibe as soon as you walk-in. Ample seating is available for the whole family and the living room boasts a huge new flat screen TV and cozy electric fireplace. Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
