Property Manager is proud to present Kymenlaakso Etelä Karjala Villa 1019. 23.5 km to the north of Kouvola, lake Haukjärvi 20 m (length 1 km, width of 0.35 km), hard, shallow sanded mud bottom, own boat.
A log cottage 1964, renovated 2016, kitchen-living room sofa bed for one, bedroom with two beds, bedroom with two beds, utility room bathroom, dining room veranda (15 m²).
For summer use only: Lakeshore sauna built in 1964, 15 m², wood-burning stove and hot water cauldron, dressing room, electric light and radiator, carrying water from the lake 5 m away, terrace 20 m². Wood-burning hot tub at extra fee; can be used starting from 1.5. (first of May) till 30.10. (end of October) every year. The hot tub cannot be used at other months. Warming and emptying of the hot tub by the client. Owner will fill hot tub before reservation and clean it after reservation. Afterwards reservation of the hot tube 140e.
Air source heat pump in the cottage.
Campfire, electric smoker available upon prior request. Outdoor toys, yard games.
In addition to inside toilet there is also outdoor toilet.
Woodshed and storage. Beautifully remodeled and redecorated old cottage. Comfortable cottage eg. for a family or for two couples. Dining table in a bright, spacious veranda, kitchen with a small table. Baby bed and high chair available on request.
There is a extensive garden area with big stones, gravel, sand, crushed stone, plants, no lawn.
For children some sand beach. At the end of the long pier deeper beach.
A travel cot and high chair is brought on advance request.
