The Home
Large and well-preserved 3x2 brick cottage just minutes North of downtown with fenced yard, WiFi, fully stocked kitchen, and everything else you need for a work or leisure trip to Columbia. Whether you are in town to see family at Fort Jackson, USC game-day, work trip, or just spending time with family and friends, we are happy to host you for a few days or a few months. Backyard is fully fenced with a grill and 50" TV comes equipped with Roku. We hope to host you!
The Space:
This beautifully preserved cottage features an inviting living room as soon as you enter the home. Pullout sofa and two accent chairs allow you to socialize as a family or catch-up on Netflix with the 50" Roku TV that sits over the fireplace mantle. Note that unfortunately the fireplace is not functional.

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
