2-storey woodenbreeze block cottage 1994. Kitchen and interior renovated 2017, Upstairs: living roomkitchen and bedroom double bed, toilet.
Downstairs: bedroom 3 beds, room with fireplace with 1 extra bed, sauna (wood-burning stove), washroom (shower). Cottage has balcony and open terrace towards evening sun.
Cottage has central vacuum cleaning system. Good quality pipe water from own deep well.
Note! Cottage has no drying cupboardcloset.

Maximum one pet allowed. Chalet on plot on slope, with level grassed yard on both the land side and the shore side. The next-door neighbor is rental villa 5138 (distance 40 m), other neighbours are more far away. Shore path is fringed with many fine large ostrich ferns. In the farm area there is also a WWF-type landscaped meadow and a forest lean-to approx. 80 m from the cottage.
Good fishing waters. For rent, boat with motor and an Indian canoe.
Owner has share in Aulankogolf course 18 km, several other golf courses within a 30-km radius. Two horse riding stables 15 km. Sappee Ski Resort 35 km.
