If you’ve got a larger group of family or friends that you’d like to share the best of Tuscany with - and you dream of escaping to the lovely Chianti hills - then you must consider Villa Beba. With accommodation for a party of 10 split between a traditional two-storey villa in its own walled gardens, and a stone-built cottage just outside the gate, there is plenty of space for everyone. Positioned near the top of a hill, the garden is on three levels and affords extensive views out across an olive grove and woodland. On the lowest level, you’ll find a kidney-shaped private pool in a sun-soaked stone terrace. Mature trees on a lawned area to one side provide welcoming shade. A marble dining table on the top, gravel terrace is a great spot for al-fresco meals.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
