Welcome to our three bedroom, two bathroom home that sleep 12 guests! Our home has an open concept layout, fenced backyard, fully-equipped kitchen, and more! Conveniently located in East Memphis near I-240 and Poplar Ave, it takes just minutes to get to shops and dining and less than 20 minutes to get across town to downtown! Great place to stay for family or friends! Free wifi and pet friendly with a fee. We would love to host you!
The Space:
Guests will enter through the front door using a digital keypad. Once inside you will be welcomed in to the open concept living room, kitchen, and dining room. The cozy living room is furnished with a sofa bed, two arm chairs, and large SmartTV. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to make a meal during your stay: cookware, dishes, silverware, and all major appliance! Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
