This one-bedroom apartment is perfect for an incredible stay in Cartagena. It is located in one of the few luxury buildings in the walled city. The place has a lot of natural light and a large living room. The living room has a comfortable sofa bed that converts into two single beds. Full kitchen and air conditioning throughout the house. The room has a king-size bed and a small office desk.
Its location is unbeatable as it is half a block from Plaza San Pedro, an area full of life, art, restaurants, and bars. In addition to being a quiet and noiseless space, despite the fact that it is close to a busy area. The building has a 24-hour doorman/concierge, two rooftop pools, a sauna, large common spaces, and an incredible garden.

Payment & Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
House rules
- A photo of the ID of all guests staying overnight is required to be sent to us prior to arrival
- Random visits are not allowed and are subject to approval.
- Parties are not allowed
- It is not allowed to play loud music after 10PM
