Separate log cottage, built in 1992, living room, dining area, kitchen, shower room (renovated 012016), electric sauna, bedroom with double bed, bedroom with double bed. In the yard barbecue hut with terrace (available all year round), swimming shore and pier. In summer time 2 bicycles available. In winter time two snowshoes with poles and 2 kick sleds available. Carport. Cosy log cottage in a peaceful area by the lake Kesäjärvi, distance only about 5 km to Ruka. Nice view from the terrace to the lake and Ruka fell. Table and two seats on the pier. In summer net fishing permit, fishing nets, fish trap and rowing boat are included in rent. Snowmobile route and ski trail pass near the cottage in winter.

Payment & Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
