The Home
Morleschio is a cosy stone villa near Perugia in the beautiful Umbrian countryside. The lower floor sleeps up to four people, it’s suitable for either a small family or a pair of couples on a break together. The two-bedroomed cottage is decorated in a homely style, with exposed stonework, wooden-beamed ceilings and parquet floors adding lovely traditional touches. Outside, there’s a private terrace, complete with barbecue. The upper floor of the villa is reserved as the owner’s family holiday home and they may occasionally use the pool.
From the sun loungers around the poolside, you’ll be able to enjoy wonderful views of undulating farmland and distant hills while soaking up the sun. But this is also a good base for exploring the nearby area and you should get out and about. Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
