Welcome to the Indie Rancher! Our 3bed, 2bath home can sleep up to 10 people in our 6 beds and queen sleeper sofa! Whether you’re in town for work or play, we’re perfectly located for everything in Columbia. You’re surrounded by family friendly restaurants and breweries,5 mins away from Downtown Columbia where you can explore attractions, shopping and restaurants,10 mins from the Riverbanks Zoo & Garden, or explore the great outdoors at the Sesquicentennial State park which is only 30 mins away!
The Space:
Guests will enter the home through the front door with a digital code to unlock the door. Once inside, the den and dining room will be on your left. Here, you’ll find a queen sleeper sofa and comfy chairs which are perfect to kick and relax in while you watch your favorite shows on the large SmartTv! Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
