The Home
Our home is perfect for all things Memphis! Our 4bedroom, 2bathroom home can sleep up to 12 guests and features a full kitchen, cozy backyard with a firepit and is located within walking distance to High Point Grocery and High Point Pizza, Memphis’s favorite pizza place! The Memphis Zoo and Brooks Museum of Art are a quick 10min drive and Downtown Memphis is only a 20min drive, where you will find endless attractions, shopping, and dining experience! We have no doubt that you will love our home!
The Space:
Guests will access the home through the front door with a keypad. Once inside, you will see the living room with a queen sleeper sofa large smartTV, and extra seating. You’ll find a full bathroom down the hallway and kitchen and dining room just past it. The kitchen is fully equipped and ready for any meal you’d like to prepare and the table has seating for 8 with room for more!

Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
