This two-story home sits just a few blocks from the water in Old Town, giving you lovely scenery and easy access to the best of Tacoma. You’ll be within a mile of the University of Puget Sound and less than four miles from the Tacoma Dome, the Point Defiance Zoo & Aquarium, and the ferry to Vashon Island.
Built in 1910, this home blends its century-old history with contemporary pops of color and pattern. After a day of exploring the city, come home to unwind in a front parlor with large windows, modern yet comfortable seating, and a TV to screen your favorite movies.
The kitchen is well-equipped, offering bold backsplash tile, stainless steel appliances, and a breakfast nook for cozy morning meals. Just off the kitchen are a formal dining room with a fireplace and wainscoting that add warmth and atmosphere, a rear office with a desk workspace, and a full laundry room.
Of the bedrooms, the primary suite is downstairs on the main floor, offering its own TV, bathroom, and access to the backyard. There are three bedrooms - all with walk-in closets - upstairs, including a charming kids’ room with a darling play nook.
