With Whitecap Beach just a quick drive or bike ride away, this is a place to spend your vacation swimming, sunbathing, and collecting seashells on the shore. This condo sits on the first floor of Mystic Harbor, a canalside complex with an outdoor swimming pool and a dock for your use. You’ll be within blocks of restaurants, shops, bars, and entertainment for all ages, and less than two miles from the broad expanse of Whitecap Beach. Whether you choose to spend your days swimming, boating, or fishing, you’ll find the perfect spot to unwind outside on the shaded balcony. Enjoy a view of the pool and a small bistro table for morning coffee, afternoon snacks, and sunset cocktails and card games. Inside, you’ll be greeted by a cool blast of central air conditioning, a washer/dryer to refresh your swimsuits and beach towels nightly, and a wonderfully open layout. There’s a well-equipped kitchen with every essential appliance, a large dining table, and TVs in both the living room and the bedroom. Complimentary WiFi is provided for your convenience as well. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night, and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. This rental is located on floor 1. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
