It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. This rental is located on floor 10. Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program.
