Area of a room 194 m² of which a loft 14 m². 2 bedrooms, both with a with double bed. One bedroom with two beds. Loft (14 m²): futon mattress for 2 persons and 2 mattresses. Combined kitchenliving room. Television room and electric sauna downstairs. Spacious Kelo-log cottage is located in a peaceful place, near to Lake Ihtinkijärvi, own shore. Row boat. Surrounded by spruce forest. Cottage is suitable for families and firms. To Ruka about 10 minute’s drive.
Additional information: TV Sony 50’ and DVD, Triple CD-radio with usb-port, Playstation 2 with many games, Wi-Fi (passwords are in the cottage), gas grill. End cleaning included to the price in reservation made after 8.1.2021.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
