Property Manager Villa Holidays is proud to present Kymenlaakso Etelä Karjala Villa 1006. 29 km east of Kouvola, Vääntäjävirta 40 m, sandy beach, a pier, own boat. Vääntäjävirta is a very long waterway that joins lake Immasenjärvi.
Wooden house 2009, kitchen, dining room, living room, bedroom with double bed and TV, second bedroom with 2 beds, third bedroom with 2 beds, fourth bedroom with 2 beds. Utility room, washroom with toilet, shower and bath, in addition separate toilet, covered terrace.
The house has mechanical ventilation, air source heat pump and internet.
The main building does not have a sauna, but there is a separate well-equipped lakeside sauna (25 m²) with washroom, living room with fireplace, kitchenette and two alternative beds.
There is a wood-fired hot tub freely available by the lakeside sauna. Roofed barbecue with gas grill (1 bottle 5 kg of gas is included in the price)...

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
