Wooden villa, built in 2014: living roomkitchen, 2 beds in both bedrooms (160 cm double bed, in another bedroom beds can be separated), sleeping loft with 2 beds (160 cm double bed, beds can be separated), wood-heated sauna, washroom with shower and WC, dressing room, terrace. Steps lead from the second bedroom to a spacious sleeping loft, also equipped with a desk for teleworking. Equipment: air source heat pump, underfloor heating in washroom, heat reserving fireplace and baking oven. High-speed wireless Internet access (4G, 300M), Smart TV. The road to the villa is closed with a chain, the distance is about 1,5 km. Distance to the nearest neighbor along the road is about 1,6 km. Grocery store (SALE) and ABC fuel station are 5 km away. There are pharmacy, postal service, and recycling facilities (metal, cardboard, and glass) in connection with the store. Café with Matkahuolto service point and alcohol store (Alko) pick-up point for e-commerce orders 5 km. Suitable for holidays all year round. In summer & autumn: fishing (whitefish, perch, pike, and burbot), boat available and an outboard motor is available for rent by separate agreement from owner, good possibilities for picking berries and mushroom. In winter: Lekotti ski resort 9 km along the road, 1 km across the ice, skiing, ice fishing (whitefish, perch and pike). Fishing permits can be purchased from the store (5 km).
