The Home
Cole Bin is a one story home with private entrance, street parking, a fenced yard for pets, and as a large deck for relaxing outside. As you enter there is a large living room with pool table, TV, sleeper sofa, and plenty of seating. To the right of the living room is the first bedroom with a Queen bed and Twin bed with access to the hallway bathroom. Through the living room there is a large dining room and laundry room which opens up to the kitchen and Florida room. Another bedroom to the left of the dining room has two queen beds and a twin bed -- this bedroom shares the hallway bathroom. Through the Florida room there is a large master bedroom with a King bed and en suite.
What should we do while we are visiting Grayton Beach?
1. Call and rent paddle boards to explore the rare coastal dune lake on Western Lake in Grayton Beach
2. Start you night at The Red Bar and enjoy dinner, drinks and a great atmosphere

Payment and Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) cancellation is within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
