Noa Beach is a beautiful 2-bedroom apartment that is situated in an an exclusive beach-front luxury condominium project in Portillo, Las Terrenas. The condominium features a private beach club with a large pool and restaurant.
The apartment has two bedrooms, the main bedroom has a king size bed while the guest bedroom features two queen size beds, each with their own bathroom and TVs, 100 mbps internet, linen, towels, and bathroom amenities. The apartment also features laundry area, a fully equipped kitchen, BBQ and air conditioning.
Las Terrenas is a beach front community in Samana province, in the northern coast of the Dominican Republic. Las Terrenas boasts many of the DR’s most beautiful beaches and features top gastronomic options that will surely please every member of the group

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
