Panama Place is completely furnished and comes with many extras such as beach chairs and umbrellas, free WIFI, stainless steel appliances, flat screen TVs, DVD players, microwave oven, granite countertops, ceiling fans, tile and wood floors, washer/dryer, screened porch, beautiful landscaping and a spectacular PRIVATE salt water pool. This is one of only a few homes on the West End of the beach that has a PRIVATE POOL in the front of the home facing the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. Whether you are at the pool or on the beach, the views are spectacular! The first floor guest room has two sets of queen over queen bunk beds, guest room #2 has queen over queen bunks with twin trundle, guest room #3 has a queen bed, and the master has 1 king bed and private bathroom.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- There is a $150 pet fee dogs only. Max weight 30 pounds.
- $1000 security deposit must be paid with credit card
- $385 cleaning fee
- Parking is available for 3 vehicles - No trailers. boats, or motorhomes
- Check in: 4pm
- Check out: 10am
