The Home

Two houses on the same street that is PERFECT for big families and groups to sleep a total of 23. Matching Pearls are two separate houses that are not beside each other. They are a minute drive apart or a 4 minute walk. For the first house, you will unwind at this cozy 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom in the Haymount district that can sleep 15! For the second house, you will unwind at this cozy 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom that can sleep 8. We’re only 5 mins to Fayetteville Rose Garden and 10 mins to Downtown Fayetteville.

The Space:
For the first house, the main entrance to the home will be through the front door, which will open to the spacious living room with two couches, extra chairs and a large SmartTV over the (non-functioning) fireplace mantle. From there, you can see the dining table with seating for 6! The kitchen is right around the corner and has everything you need to make a full meal!

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
