Welcome to the Crown of Midtown! Our adorable home was built in 1918 so you’ll get to enjoy the charm of a historic home with all the modern amenities you could need! This home can sleep up to 6 people so it is perfect for two couples or a small family! Here, you’re within walking distance from Overton Square and the Memphis Zoo and the Memphis Brooks Museum of Art, and Downtown Memphis is a 10 min drive, with endless attractions, shopping, and dining to experience! We can’t wait to host you!
The Space:
Please note this property is a duplex, but all of the spaces, including the backyard are private. You will be renting out one half of the building, the other half has a permanent resident.

Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
