There is plenty of room for 6 at the dining room table, 2 more at the bar with two additional spots at the breakfast nook in the kitchen. Plenty of room around the spacious den for television, enjoying the fireplace or playing board games. Great spot just off the den for afternoon cocktails in the sunroom. Downstairs, there is a master bedroom which has a King-sized bed and en-suite with a tub/shower combo and double vanities. Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- By booking this reservation, you agree to the additional terms, policies and conditions below.
- Guests must be age 25+ to book. For GA/FL weekend, guests must be age 30+ or kids with their parents, no student groups: no exceptions.
- Guests will abide by the god neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. per the county noise ordinance.
- All properties are non-smoking.
- No parties, events or weddings are permitted and the property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation.
- This property is not pet friendly.
- Guests will be asked to sign a rental agreement.
