Very nicely renovated 5 bedroom, 3 bath house in quiet neighborhood just a short walk from Tunnel Park with pool and firepit. Kitchen is fully equipped with stainless appliances and plenty of counter space. Sliders off dining area open to deck complete with gas grill and outdoor dining space protected from sun by the attached overhead sail. An additional guest room and full bath/laundry room combination complete this floor. The walk out lower level offers 3 additional sleeping areas. You will find a private king bedroom, bunk room with 2 sets of twin bunks and additional bedroom with 1 twin over full bunk and separate single bed. These rooms all open to family room with oversized flat screen TV and cozy pub table. Full bath with walk in shower was just completed as well. This floor opens out to the best yet - fenced back yard featuring great above ground pool, firepit, plenty of green space and lounge areas! PARKING There is space for 6-7 cars. THE LOCATION Tunnel Park is just a 1/2 mile walk along paved roads and offers sandy beach along Lake Michigan. Covered grill areas and park make for a perfect beach cookout! Holland State Park boasts a expansive beach and is just 1.3 miles away. Enjoy the miles of bike trails accessible along Lakeshore drive. Rent a kayak or paddleboard at nearby Lake Macatawa and explore the coastline at your own pace. Award winning downtown Holland is just a short drive away. Spend the day exploring the shops and boutiques, plan a great dinner out at any of the wide variety of dining and cafe options and cap off the night with a local brew or your favorite cocktail.
