Caribbean Conch is a fantastic rental with a great location close to the pool. This unit features an extra large floor plan, both bedrooms and the living room have impact resistant sliding glass doors that open on the a large wrap around deck, you may even get a glipse of the Atlantic ocean through the beautiful tropical courtyard settings. The unit is tiled throughout with a full size fully equipped kitchen. For your convenience there is a full size washer/dryer too and 2 full bathrooms.
There is a king bed in the master bedroom, a queen in the guest bedroom and a commercial quality sleeper sofa in the living room. There is a large flat screen smart TV in the living room and TV’s in both bedrooms too. There is free wireless internet and you also get one assigned parking space with the unit for a normal size vehicle.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- You need to be 25 or older in order to rent this property. Photo ID is required upon check in and the guest leasing must be present when Keys are provided.
- 1. No more than 6 people are permitted to stay in this property.
- 2. This is a non-smoking property- please smoke outside only.
- 3. Please respect other guests and homeowners at the complex and keep the noise level down. 9 pm – 7 am is quiet time.
- 4. Please take out your trash prior to departure and tidy up to avoid extra cleaning fee.
- 5. Please start the dishwasher & do not leave dirty dishes in the sink.
- 6. There is a $25 charge for lost keys.
- 7. Please do not hang towels over chairs on the Porch
- 8. Bikes and Scooters are not to be kept on your Porch.
- 9. You have one assigned parking space for your use.
