This luxury 3 bedroom villa is located just metres from the sea, offers fabulous views of the Ayia Thekla Coastline and is just a 5 minutes walk to the closest beach and a 5 minute drive to the Ayia Napa resort centre. It is the perfect choice for families or a group of friends looking for a relaxing stay in a great location, within easy reach of the beaches and amenities.
As you enter the villa, there is a modern and spacious open-plan living room with a comfortable seating and widescreen TV and a fully equipped kitchen which includes a breakfast bar area for dining. One of the three bedrooms can be found on this floor, with a double bed. There is a separate WC on this floor.
Upstairs, you will find the remaining two bedrooms, one double and one twin. The double bedroom has an en suite bathroom and doors that lead out to the spacious balcony that is complete with a Jacuzzi (optional for an extra charge), perfect for relaxing and unwinding with a drink whilst admiring the stunning sea views. All bedrooms have full fitted wardrobes and bedside cabinets.
The main bathroom with a bathtub, overhead shower and WC can also be found on this floor.
Outside, the vast garden features a barbecue, outside dining area, sun loungers and large private pool that has the luxury of a hydrotherapy massage feature, ideal for those lazy days sunbathing whilst appreciating the beautiful views that surround you.
Free Wi-fi and Satellite TV are available and there is full air con throughout the villa. Pool heating at 35 EUR per day and Jacuzzi at 60 EUR per week are optional and charged separately.
