Protaras Villa 1473 is located in the heart of Central Protaras and yet in a relatively quiet area. The location of the villa is ideal for a family vacation as within walking distance you will find everything, bars, restaurants, children playgrounds, pharmacies, clinic and of course the best beaches in Cyprus.
Protaras Villa 1473 is a new, spacious & modern house that features all modern facilities and equipment. The ground floor features an open plan fully equipped kitchen living room area with a large breakfast bar modern furniture and two large screen TVs.
The second floor offers three bedrooms and a family bathroom. The master bedroom has a large double bed and ensuite shower room. The second bedroom is also equipped with a double bed while the third bedroom features two single beds. On this floor ther is also the family bathroom. With a further double sofa bed on the ground floor Villa Anemoni can comfortably slepp 8 persons.
Up the stairs there is a spacious pergola covered roof garden furnished with a table and chairs that offer beutiful seaviews of Protaras.
The summer time in Cyprus is meant to be spent by the pool and Protaras Villa 1473 has the best to offer in this respect. The large overflow private swimming pool is situated on a spacious deck surrounded by artificial grass and trees. There are plenty of sun loungers for sunbathing and tables and chairs under a beautiful breezy covered pergola for those hot summer days as well as a traditional charcoal based BBQ.
Protaras Villa 1473 is walking distance to the Central Protaras Strip where you will find all the main bars, shops, supermarkets, pharmacies, clinic, general amenities and the best beaches of Cyprus all with white sand and crystal clear blue water.
